    When you purchase and register the Orscana unit, it is linked to he email address you have used. If you need to reinstall the app, or install it on a new phone, you need to remember your email address that you used to register it.

    Sign in to the app on your phone using that email address to continue using the Orscana.
  • Some things that invalidate your warranty…
    • Orscana is not waterproof. It should not be washed with the rug as it will stop working.
    • Not using the correct battery

  • I have more than one horse do I need more than one Orscana?
    Yes. Each Orscana is suitable for one horse. If you think about it, you want to be able to support each of horse's welfare needs. For example, if you have two horses stabled overnight, you will want data for each. A thoroughbred is different from a Cob, is different from a pony! Some will be clipped, others may be very hairy!

    If you are planning on monitoring the horses one after another then you can delete the profile for one horse and enter a new one. The system does take into account the information you enter within its measuring and feedback system so this would be important.
